Installation and preparation
4.6 Mount the uid hoses
Material heating Pic. 4.11, pos. 1 + 2):
Remove the yellow caps from the heat exchanger's material inlet and
outlet.
Use a male adaptor to mount the fluid hoses to the Fluid Heater.
The connections must be sealed using either teflon tape or medium-
strength thread sealant (i.e. Loctite®).
Approximately 80 Nm (59 ft.lb.) torque must be applied.

For the inbound air connection, an elbow fitting is mounted to the bottom
of the unit.
Furthermore, a brass washer must be fitted under the separating screw.
It must be removed again before using the screw to separate the heater
housings.
Screw an adaptor into the outbound air connection on the Fluid Heater.
Connect a compressed air line between the upper housing of the air mo-
tor and the Fluid Heater.
